“We took our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the transfer case and driveshaft replaced ( warranty work) they done an excellent job taking care of everything and getting it approved by the warranty company there was a mix up and they sent the wrong drive shaft ( no fault of theirs ) when we got it back everything was fixed and working correctly they were very friendly and was happy to explain everything they done to the vehicle and why. definitely a top-notch place. I would recommend any one in the columbus area to check them out for your automotive needs .”

“I had a wonderful experience with the team, I pulled out my engine's splash cover underneath the car and it was trailing noisily along the road. I called and spoke to Doug who was really courteous and welcoming over the phone and asked me to bring it in for a proper look. Doug took a look and agreed to help me squeeze it into the schedule as I was stranded. He inspected it and discussed the issue with me. Even when I opted for a quick temporary fix afterwards, he helped me hook it up, with some new screws and zip ties at no charge!! I really appreciate Doug taking time out to help me with my car, as I was really worried. I am very grateful for the experience. While I hope not to have any more car issues ....haha I will happily come back here if I need to and will also recommend anyone to Voelz Body shop as they are amazing!!!”

“The best place to get a tire issue fixed. I've bought multiple used tires from here before. Today I went to get a tire because I had a screw driver bit stuck in mine. Owner is super honest and said plugging it would be just as good and 30 dollars cheaper. Many shops would have tried to take the extra money. Highly recommended. FYI this place is cash only.”
“Excellent service! I called in not knowing what my car really needed based on a check engine light and Amanda was so helpful to help me get in right away. The machanic Jason got me in and out in no time and even took a few minutes out of his day to show me what the issue was with my O2 downstream sensor.

“They did amazing work on my gmc terrain. It had one problem after another after another, but they communicated everything wrong with it let me know as soon as they could and everything. I’m highly impressed with the work and them making sure not only myself but my kids were safe. I went to Indiana to visit family as my husband is stationed in DC and to pick up the car from my mom. Before I brought it back home my mom wanted the loud noise it made fixed. They told me after they took it apart I probably wouldn’t have made it halfway through Ohio. I’d go back everytime my car needed anything fixed on it. Thank you guys for not only fixing the vehicle but making sure I knew I wouldn’t have made it back home unless it was fixed. :)”
“We deliver wood to Cracker Barrel & had a 12 rick load on our gooseneck & when traveling down I-65 today, my serpentine belt broke cause the tensioner pulley busted. We got off @ Edinburgh exit & pulled into the nearest lot we could fit, searched mechanics, found a number for Greene's and called. He said "if you can get it here, we can fix it." And that's just what they did! I didn't shut it off so I was able to drive it there (even though the steering sucked lol) they got us in, and back on the road in no time! I highly recommend this place, the staff was nice & friendly, they did a great job on my truck & it was affordable!”

“I have used Eldons / AAC more than one time on many different types of cars. Each time they have done great work. This most recent time, I bought a used car (first time in a long time) and I took it in for them to give it a full inspection to see if anything needed to be addressed. The only thing they found was a minor brake adjustment which they took care of for me.
I trust they will find and fix what's wrong -- they don't look for anything that they can upsell to make more money.”

“Recently had a front windshield replaced. Workmanship appears to be very good. Be warned they are charging 3.99% for using a charge card. You won’t know this until you pay unless you read the small sign on their counter. Also be warned there is no public restroom if you are planning to stay while the work is performed.”

“I have always had great service from either the collision center, service dept, or sales. The collision center has helped me fix minor paint damages twice for free. They once buffed out some scuffing on the paint from a vehicle pulling out of a spot and hitting my car. Luckily, the plastic molding at the bottom saved me. Today, they helped disguise 2 tiny scratches, presumably from a shopping cart. They warned me they couldn’t completely fix it w/out turning into a big, expensive thing, but they did a great job of majorly disguising them so I don’t notice it every time I walk by it. Everyone there has been a rock star in my opinion. Highly recommend all the depts :)”
