“I had a wonderful experience with the team, I pulled out my engine's splash cover underneath the car and it was trailing noisily along the road. I called and spoke to Doug who was really courteous and welcoming over the phone and asked me to bring it in for a proper look. Doug took a look and agreed to help me squeeze it into the schedule as I was stranded. He inspected it and discussed the issue with me. Even when I opted for a quick temporary fix afterwards, he helped me hook it up, with some new screws and zip ties at no charge!! I really appreciate Doug taking time out to help me with my car, as I was really worried. I am very grateful for the experience. While I hope not to have any more car issues ....haha I will happily come back here if I need to and will also recommend anyone to Voelz Body shop as they are amazing!!!”

“Always a good time Fair Deal straight up good experience with Paul cuz he knows his yard it's inventory and what's on it. If it works or not he's not going to steer you the wrong way they always seem to have the part I need, and of course they want your return business. Salvage yards a little bit of yesteryear there's a novelty there in the old cars memories decades. Here lately it's been real nice going back in time because seeing and experiencing the present right now it's just way short of gratifying.”

“I have always had great service from either the collision center, service dept, or sales. The collision center has helped me fix minor paint damages twice for free. They once buffed out some scuffing on the paint from a vehicle pulling out of a spot and hitting my car. Luckily, the plastic molding at the bottom saved me. Today, they helped disguise 2 tiny scratches, presumably from a shopping cart. They warned me they couldn’t completely fix it w/out turning into a big, expensive thing, but they did a great job of majorly disguising them so I don’t notice it every time I walk by it. Everyone there has been a rock star in my opinion. Highly recommend all the depts :)”

We had a small confusion today on a battery and purchase dates etc etc. After speaking and reasoning with the store manager Brock, and coming to an understanding, Brock offered a fair resolution that satisfies me and will continue to bring me back to Napa for parts as needed. I appreciate his willingness to hear and understand and appreciate his effort at maintaining a solid integral client relationship .”

“Went in to buy a car battery and they gave me the wrong one. It didn't fit my car so I took it back and told them they sold me the wrong one and I had to purchase another one at Walmart, and the refunded money without any trouble. It was easy with no hassle. Thank you advance auto worker for being a good person toe. I appreciated it. I recommend this place if you need car parts.”
“Fantastic customer service. Bought 2 cylinder heads from them online and had them shipped to Alabama. Fast shipping at a fair price. One of the heads had some cracks rendering it useless (the cracks were hidden, so I can't blame them for not noticing it). I contacted them about it and had a full refund for that head within a few hours.A pleasure to do business with them. I'll definitely check with them again next time I need used parts.”
