“I had taken my 2007 HHR to Mr. Zee when I first needed an oil change and I was was very impressed with the service I received. Thereafter any problems I had with my HHR I took to him! Mr. Zee and his staff put pride in everything that they do. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed and he's fair.

“If you go here you will NOT be disappointed, easily one of the best shops I’ve ever used. And I’ve had experience with multiple great shops. This one is just the cherry on top, to me at least.I love working with Scott. He is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and personal. As is the rest of the staff in the experience I have working with them.I actively avoid going anywhere else if it is possible and this is one of the only places I will recommend anyone for almost anything to. I trust this place to work on my vehicle, and I know I will not randomly show up with a massively inflated bill or told they did an extra 10 hours of labor without discussing it with me. You will know what is going on with your car.Their labor rates for working on German cars is phenomenal, especially given their attention to detail. “My car overheated and a warning came on to stop immediately and turn off the engine. After letting the car cool off, I drove to this Valvoline and received a full-service oil change and asked about the engine coolant. Everyone there was very professional! There was a piece that needed to be ordered, and they tried really hard to patch it until the part could come in. I had to travel that day, and they told me it should be fine, but if I had any problems to call them. About 50 miles into my trip, the car overheated again when the temporary fix couldn't hold up. I called. The manager, Christina Smith, personally spoke to me on the phone. Instead of leaving me stranded on the side of the road, she drove to another Valvoline to pick up the part I needed to replace and drove the 50 miles to where I was stranded to replace the part for me at no extra charge. She was more concerned for my safety than about being inconvenienced during her workday. Also, her willingness to go to another store and pick up the part and meeting me where I was stranded saved me a towing bill and at least 2 more days of missed work from not having a working vehicle while waiting for a part to arrive. It's not often you see someone go above and beyond- Thank you, Christina!!!”
“Would rate 6 stars if I could. I'm from out of town and had car trouble while on a tight schedule. Matt squeezed me in diagnosed and fixed the problem quick and at a very fair price. The garage itself is really cool too.”
“I have a fleet car through work and have to get my oil changed more often than the average person. The manager at this location, Maxwell, is always so helpful and kind. I have previously been to locations that will only do my oil change and won’t do the other laundry list of things my fleet provider wants done, but Maxwell always looks at what I’m due for and makes sure it all gets taken care of. I sometimes go out of my way to come to this location because I always have such a great experience.”

“I am coming here for everything. Another corporate garage wanted to replace my air compressor for AC for $1,200. I took it to Shuffit's and they said: "There was a just a plug out of place, it works fine now." They charged me nothing. Shout out to Brandon! It's very good to know not everyone is out to rob you.”

“I have a tire warranty and was told only licensed places could replace it. I called around and tires plus was the inly one that could get me in same day and was willing to jump through the hoops the warranty company put them through. I am so thankful for Sid. He was who I spoke with when I called and he seen that everything got taken car of right away from the tire to the paperwork. I feel like they went above and beyond!! I would refer anyone to them!!!

“We went to Byerly looking for a new car. We were greeted by a few and we ask for Karen Wheeler (I had previously talked to her on the phone). We felt at ease right away with her. She was so friendly, yet professional! She was fast and efficient. She was willing to show us any vehicle that I wanted to see and test drive! I would most definitely recommend going to Byerly and for sure recommend using Karen!”

“I've been going to this location for years. I have always been treated well and never did I feel they didn't have my best interests in mind. I stopped in late one evening because it felt like my transmission was slipping. I had never had the fluid flushed so they did that and they added some additive they said was good for older transmissions. One of the gentlemen had to drive to get the additive at a local parts house during rush hour. That man went above and beyond. My transmission has not slipped since. I'm knocking on wood. They have refilled my windshield wiper fluid and when I had a tire leak they aired it up for me in between oil changes. The do want to sell me an air filter but that's about it. The air filters seemed reasonably priced. I always use Penzoil and that is the flavor this place serves on tap! Why would I ever go anywhere else? LOL I know this reads like I own the place but rest assured, I don't even know anyone who works there. They just rock!”
“My son was run off the road and actually landed in the parking lot of the store. Robert was wonderful. The did a visual inspection in the parking lot and aside from a bent rim and flat tire, it looked ok based on what he could see without actually getting under the vehicle. A couple days later the spare tire (full sized) that my husband put on failed. Again, since he works near the store, he limped his car over there. Robert remembered us and checked the car out. I'm a 57 year old woman, my son is 21 and naive. Did he try to sell us the most expensive tire? NO! Did he try to sell us more than we needed? NO! Did he find additional repairs we "needed"? NO! He was honest. I told him I would pay for whatever my son needed, and he was honest. 10/10 would recommend and go there again.”

“This would have been 5-Stars but they use an off-shore call center to schedule appointments. Call quality was horrible, lots of "dead air" to the point that I thought the call had dropped. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and it ended with me being unsure if I had scheduled anything.
The staff at the physical location were fantastic!!! Professional, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely recommend.”
