“This would have been 5-Stars but they use an off-shore call center to schedule appointments. Call quality was horrible, lots of "dead air" to the point that I thought the call had dropped. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and it ended with me being unsure if I had scheduled anything.
The staff at the physical location were fantastic!!! Professional, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely recommend.”
“Great service today (12/21/23). Inner rear tire on a dually went flat. Had my fingers crossed for a simple valve stem problem. Went to Goodyear (formerly Raben) and they diagnosed a valve stem problem. Lucky me. Within 45 minutes, I'm out the door at no cost since I bought the tires there several years ago. Thankfully, they still had access to the invoice that showed that I paid for the road hazard warranty.”

“Everyone that I spoke with was great and very helpful. I had to bring my vehicle back twice due to the rotors. (suspected defective and not in the control of the shop) The managers were very apologetic and they and their team worked hard to make things right and see that I was happy with their service. They were all very professional and polite to me and other customers while I was on site. I highly recommend them and their shop for your braking needs.”
