“The whole experience was pleasant. The front staff girl Kia was the only one at the desk. She calmly handled 5 people trying to check in at the same time. The housekeeping staff was working overtime because someone was off work however, Dawn and the other girls came through, all the rooms got done. My room was cozy and comfortable,, and I didn't hear a lot of noise. I had a great experience and I would recommend this for family and friends visiting the area. I would say I was very disappointed that the hot tub was not working because I specifically got to town with no swimsuit went shopping for swimwear to get in the hot tub and it was not available and it did not indicate that on the website so that was disappointing...Rooms: The room had a refrigerator and a microwave.”

“Quiet, comfy, clean, food was good but more importantly the people were friendly and extremely welcoming and kind. It was a great experience in a quiet area outside of the bustle. They were decorated for the holidays, and made our stay easy, thank you! Pet friendly!”

“We came to see lights under Louisville and after researching this was the best hotel option. Nice hotel with a pool and hot tub. Although we didn't get to use the hot tub because of so many people. When booking I didn't realize it was located at a major highway intersection so it was a little loud at night. Also found a few small black hairs on our bedding which I'm assuming was from previous travelers since pets are permitted. There were a few small spider webs in the bathroom corner near the door. My recommendation would be relocating the towel hook right beside the bath tub/shower to a perimeter wall so nobody else slams their elbow on it like I did.”

“Clean, well-maintained, room is a basic setup. Microwave, mini-fridge, small sofa, desk. The shower maintained hot water, had good pressure, and was spacious. Heavenly after a long day. King bed was comfortable, and pillows were fresh and fluffy. Good go-to.”

“At first glance the room looked very nice and clean. But after taking a closer look at things it did not seem that great. I found a weird sludge in the back of the fridge. I also found stains on the bedsheets and a blood stain and on a pillow. There was also hair and some dust on the couch. But on the good side, I thought that the bathroom was very nice and that the pool area is a lot better than I have seen in the past and what I expected.Noteworthy details: They have tables that can charge your phone with no cord which is cool and useful.”

“What a wonderful place to stay! I really enjoyed the room, even though I was only in it long enough to get clean and rest. There's lots to see around there. If you are going through or in the area, it is a great place to rest and unwind. I hope you enjoy it as I did!”

“No breakfast but there is a Cracker. Barrel across a small street that’s easily walkable to. Clean and appears to be recently renovated. Very comfortable bed. Only 2 negatives: (1) Only 1 bar of soap which was sufficient for me, a single traveler for a single night. Otherwise it would have been an issue. (2) No hair dryer. Luckily I had packed one. Overall it was a very pleasant short stay. And a great value for the money. Would stay again.Rooms: Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and recently renovated, as was the entire facility. Room furnished with good a/c, black out curtains, refrigerator, and microwave. Negatives: (1) Only 1 bar of soap which was sufficient for me, a single traveler for s single night. (2) No hair dryer. Luckily I had packed one.Walkability: Cracker Barrel and Dairy Queen within a very short walking distance: Across a very small streetNoteworthy details: Only 1 bar of soap. But maybe because I had reserved the room ahead of time for a single traveler. No hair dryer: luckily I had packed one. Property appears to have been recently renovated and was clean. No breakfast but there is a Cracker Barrel across a small street that is easily walkable to. Great value for the money for a sleep-over while traveling.”

“Pros: Affordable and great location, near dining, shopping, and within in minutes of downtown LouisvilleCons: $150 deposit is a full charge to card and may take a few business days to return to account, minor damage to bathroom door from canine guest, main room lights on motion sensor timer, and breakfast was unappetizing. These are all only minor things that didn't ruin the stay by any means.”
