“I got this chain in 2022, my fiancé(then boyfriend) wore it everyday. Then suddenly today, the clasp just broke. For 130$ I expect it to last longer than less than 2 years.Edit: I do appreciate the follow-up and willingness to repair the defect. It is what it is though, a defect. I understand that daily use will cause wear and tear, but he doesn’t pull the chain and he doesn’t work a job where it could get snagged. Less than two years of use should not cause the clasp to get so bent out of shape. I will not give a one star review, but I will also not be silenced about a legitimate problem. Again, a 130$ chain should be able to withstand *normal* daily use for at least 5 years without needing to be repaired in my opinion”

I am a watch enthusiast that genuinely loves talking about watches, but did not have plans to make a “large” purchase today. Bill happened to be there to help me out, and I was thoroughly impressed with the store’s offerings. “My Mother gave me the diamond that my Father gave her at their engagement. I had a necklace stick with a diamond in it that my husband gave me. I took that necklace to the Jewel Box and they duplicated it and placed my Mother's diamond in it. I wear both now. One is on a 16" chain and the other is on an 18" chain. It is the most precious piece of jewelry (next to my wedding ring) that I own. I receive compliments all the time on the necklace.Jewel Box was wonderful and they did an excellent job of duplicating the stick. Plus the pricing was so reasonable and it only took 2 weeks.”
