“I had them check out a car I was purchasing at a near but used car place. They were helpful and efficient in getting me scheduled quickly. My one down side is that I didn’t get a paperwork report that everything was running correctly, but it did get a call. I would definitely go back when convenient”
“Very helpful checked out the sprinter i believe the shop manager took the time himself to fix an diagnose the issue.They were unable to repair do to proprietary issues with Mercedes an they did not charge me . now that' a company i want to do business with . “Came in for a driver side front tire mischievously loosing air. Thought maby it needed to be reset because I couldn't find a puncture and the valve stem was in good condition. They addressed the issue and repaired it at no cost. Turna out there was a nail Imbedded in the tire after all. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you guys great job ???”
“I went in 8/27 for an oil change / tire rotation. Emmanuel inspected my tires and informed me I couldn’t get a rotation as my tires were very bad. Before taking my car into their garage, Emmanuel took me out to my car and visibly showed me my tread ( there wasn’t any left ???♀️ ) and then took me back inside and we compared it to the showroom tire tread! As I was reading my tire warranty manuals ( then to find out it was expired ) I had questions in regard to what tread markers were amongst other things. Emmanuel willingly explained and showed me where to find them and what they were. After the oil change, we discuss the different brands of tires/which sales are currently going on/ which would be better for my vehicle/mileage warranty etc. I checked out and went home.
I went back yesterday, 8/28/24 to receive all new tires and new brake pads! Dale mostly helped me during that visit! He was very friendly, funny and informative as well. Emmanuel was also there, and he ended up checking me out once my vehicle was finished. This was also a walk in scenario around noon.
All in all it was a great experience. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, funny, personable and professional. I encountered a couple others, whom I do not know their names. I will definitely make this my “home” for car needs.”
