I love this apartment complex! The office staff is amazing, super responsive and friendly. The location is awesome, close to campus but tucked into a suburb that's perfect for running, especially if you have a pet! The amenities are super accessible. Highly recommend

My experience with Reserve on Third has been pretty awesome so far. The office workers are awesome. They are super pet-friendly. The apartment is pretty nice. The complex is kept pretty well. I been living here for a month and it has been really amazing. The staff and maintenance respond quickly to any problems and questions. The amenities are great to use and really helpful when I need them. I do enjoy having friendly roommates and sitting outside to relax.
