Distasteful treatment from the current Office workers as in 2025-April 2 . The least to say is :don’t come or rent here , unless u want to be denied service when u need it ….

College apt’s are never going to be the greatest, but if you’re considering campus walk…just sleep outside at that point. You’re going to get rained on in your sleep constantly anyways.

The customer service is amazing here! The office staff is friendly and answers emails in a timely manner. Had few issues with the apartments themselves so far and any issues I've had have been fixed very quickly!
