“Man, this place was freaking fabulous. I bought a new 2022 Civic Sport Touring and someone rear ended me at a red light. I took it here to Burnside - Greenwood and they were absolutely wonderful. They completed the work before schedule, texted me throughout the process, and even covered up some paint chips for free. They went above and beyond and my car looks great. They calibrated all my sensors, replaced my backup camera, and completed all the work in a timely fashion. George was extremely pleasant and professional. “Words can't say enough you'll have to experience for yourself excellent service and the staff is great ,they really work with you I had a bumper replacement and I was told it would be September before I could bring my car in then the owner said Rafael said I'll work you in just let me know when your ready I was like oh really so I picked a date and had to cancel I called to reschedand picked another date and dropped my car off on a Monday and received a call Thursday said my car is ready wasn't expecting so soon .I was pleased with the work they did also the owner is a Christian man and that makes a big difference you treat people right and this is what he does thank very much .”

“I had Hobbs install a new transmission in my motorhome. When I picked it up I could tell something wasn't right (a totally different issue than the transmission) so I called Hobbs and explained my concern. I was told to bring the motorhome back up and they'd take a look at it. It was a small hard to find wiring issue. Hobbs didn't only fix the "new" problem but didn't charge me anything for the repair. I would definitely recommend Hobbs Automotive to my family and friends”

When I picked the car up and began putting it back together, I found the back glass area was so far off that the glass wouldn't even fit. Both doors were also not fitting and the passenger door was the worse. I spent a year attempting to get the original shop to fix the issues. I went to Hot Rod Specialties and explained my situation. “I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical about taking my nice car here as I've never heard of them or their work quality. But I'm glad I took the chance on them. Every body shop in town had at least a month wait just to give me an estimate on my car and another 3 months just to schedule me for a fix. However, Southside Automotive gave me an estimate on the spot, honored it, and got me in within a week and finished my car within a day. That is speed you never see anywhere. The paint looks flawless. I will say, you won't save too much money coming here as the quotes are about the same you would get at any large body shop (unless you pay cash you save like 3%). But for the quality of work, speedy estimate, and 1 day turnaround on your car... you can't go wrong. Other shops charge the same price but you will wait forever (don't believe me? call every Caliber Collision or Gerber body shop in your area, you will wait at least a month just to get an estimate).”

“So far my experience was Pretty Good. CarZip had my car for 16 days I had to call and ask what was going on with my vehicle instead of them just keeping me updated from the time my vehicle arrived. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday which confused me. Then later found out they are working on cars with bigger issues on those days I think. My car is fixed and I'm back on the road. It's only been two days prayerfully it's fixed.and I don't have to go back or call. Thanks for A great customer service experience.”
