“I think I'm probably many months overdue for my review of Nick and his Luna Automotive Detailing company. I have a newer BMW in Thundernight Metallic (dark purple) and Nick regularly does a wash on it, which includes work on the inside too (windows, mats, etc). I've also had him do a full detail on the car and his meticulous work showed; the car looked the same as the day I drove it out of the showroom with 4 miles on it. I'm very particular, and Nick and team never disappoint. The prices are very fair, no gouging. He's friendly and sincere, and you or your car are never rushed.”

“I am more than pleased and thrilled with the end result with the OPTI-COAT PRO ceramic coating on my Avalon TRD. It shines to a point that one can see their image in the paint and I am pleased how much longer my black car stays clean. The coating is so smooth that I literally use my blower to blow off the dust that collects naturally. Robin was very thorough explaining the various paint protections and coatings that were available with both the pros and cons. Ceramic coatings is not inexpensive up front. However, I calculated that it pays for itself in 3.5 years. More importantly, your car will look shiny and new the entire time of ownership and resists scratches. The entire team is friendly and very well educated on the products they use. Robin also gives military veterans a discount in honor of his father who served in Viet Nam and ended his career in Desert Storm. He was a Senior Master Sergeant in the Air Force.”

“So far my experience was Pretty Good. CarZip had my car for 16 days I had to call and ask what was going on with my vehicle instead of them just keeping me updated from the time my vehicle arrived. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday which confused me. Then later found out they are working on cars with bigger issues on those days I think. My car is fixed and I'm back on the road. It's only been two days prayerfully it's fixed.and I don't have to go back or call. Thanks for A great customer service experience.”
