“I took my daughter here to look at prom dresses, we ended up purchasing one and let me just say, Lizzy was FANTASTIC!! She let my daughter start by picking out 3 dresses on her own first and then she had a dress in mind that would look great. She asked us about budget before offering the dress as an option. When I tell you she knows what she's doing, the dress was stunning on my daughter. It was the perfect fit, color, and style. She was also very efficient, as she knew exactly when she was ready to be zipped up and explained the entire process in detail but very timely. We have 2 more years of prom and will be back at XO by Sophia's and hope that we get Lizzy every time!!”

“I visited Brianne’s Boutique today for the first time. I heard they carry Judy Blue jeans randomly on Facebook and had to check it out. From the minute I walked through the door, all of the ladies working here were very nice and welcoming. In addition to the top notch customer service, they have an excellent selection of clothes for all shapes and sizes. I struggle to find things that fit me, but fell in love with so many different pieces. They also have shoes, jewelry, handbags, etc.. if you have not checked them out, this is a must see!”

“My mom and sister and I were on a girls trip for a weekend, and visiting all of the antique shops and boutiques in Franklin was one of our stops on our road trip. I remember visiting Eclectic Jade and we sure didn’t walk out empty handed. (Little did I know I’d fall in love with Franklin that day, and I moved there two months later!) I now have accumulated several pieces of clothing and really unique home decor that I absolutely love. This is also the perfect place to grab a gift for your girlfriends or any of the ladies in your life. Definitely one of my favorite shops!Metal vintage planter, lantern, greenery, dried flowers, “maybe swearing will help”?, all from Eclectic Jade!”

“Both last night, and today I went to Maurices. Last night being my first time I have ever stepped foot in that place. I was instantly greeted by two wonderful store associates who were very nice to me. Making sure I was finding things I liked, etc. Amber helped me in so many ways and made me feel happy to shop there. I tend to not always have the best experiences at stores and usually leave empty handed or saddened by the lack of clothing options. Everything I tried on was true to size and I bought everything I wanted. I can’t wait to go back to experience my time there again. “Okay Service , store is always clean. My only serious problem Is I can’t always find what I like in my size. They barely carry Sizes 3’s or bigger bras in store. Also , Yes the prices are high but they always have sales. If you have torrid cash from previous purchases it’s not so bad. Especially when you’re able to add it on whatever is on sale too. If you know how to shop then you’re able to get mid end clothing that you can’t find in most plus size clothing stores ,well then it’s a steal!!!Thanks Torrid For Showing Your Love To Us Big Girls Out There!!!!”

“I love love this place. They have so many cute things. I was there 2 days in a row. I bought a pair of custom hand made earrings and I went to wear them the next day and unfortunately they broke. I took them back and they are one of a kind but the 2 girls there were so helpful and gave me a credit for them and was going to see if the designer could make another pair because I loved them. Ended up purchasing other items. This dress I bought there and love it. I wore little ankle boots with it Sunday to church but there are so many options for shoes you can wear with it and throw on a little jeans jacket over it. Can't wait to go back..”

“I was in the Greenwood location on 5/1. I was trying to find something to wear to my stepmoms funeral. I don’t live here and had to pack and get here quickly. I was feeling overwhelmed and couldn’t figure out what I wanted. The 2 women working were so kind and helped me pick out some great options. I really appreciated them taking the time to listen to me ramble on about what I needed and how I was feeling and putting me at ease. I left with 2 options that I feel great about and felt like a weight was lifted having that off my list of things to do. Fantastic customer service and a great example of just being kind.”

“This is a very nice, well-stocked and merchandised store, which is particularly delightful in this era of permanent mass retail closures. Although I was treated respectfully at checkout, I wasn't greeted upon entering the store, nor helped with anything at all during my fairly lengthy visit. In fact, no one spoke with me except to answer a question, or to point me to a fitting room. I had several garments draped over one arm while shopping and neither of the sales ladies offered to take them from me. I realize perhaps everyone working in retail now is even more tired and discouraged than ever. However, not interacting with customers or doing much to make them feel welcome and appreciated isn't going to keep winning us over! Still, I so much appreciate that Chico's is open for business and striving to be there for their customers.”
