“We rode our recumbent trikes from our house in the old Whiteland neighborhood over to Sweet Scoops for ice cream. I had never gone before. The ice cream was awesome & there was so much in the waffle cone it was hard to eat it all lol. And it was at a great price!!! Sat out back of the store under the trees at the picnic tables. Highly recommend stopping by & checking out the ice cream :-)”

“I drove about an hour and a half to this location to shop for bathroom tile a few weeks ago. I spent about an hour on FaceTime with my husband walking around the store, trying to select tile for our home. My phone died before we decided, so I had to run out to my car for 10-15 minutes to charge it. When I went to walk back in to make my purchase, I realized they had just closed at 7pm.The absolute sweetest employee (I wish I had gotten her name) had just clocked out to leave, she stopped me as I was walking back to my car, defeated ready head all the way back home. She told me she had seen me walking throughout the store, she ended up calling the store manager on shift and told him the situation. Not only did they open up their doors and allow me to buy what I needed, the store manager offered and loaded everything in my vehicle for me, a true gentleman.Every single employee I encountered that evening was so nice and professional, I cannot recommend this place enough. I also cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. Truly wonderful and kind hearted!Update: Lisa is the employees name who I spoke with in the parking lot that day :) What an angel.”

“My mom and sister and I were on a girls trip for a weekend, and visiting all of the antique shops and boutiques in Franklin was one of our stops on our road trip. I remember visiting Eclectic Jade and we sure didn’t walk out empty handed. (Little did I know I’d fall in love with Franklin that day, and I moved there two months later!) I now have accumulated several pieces of clothing and really unique home decor that I absolutely love. This is also the perfect place to grab a gift for your girlfriends or any of the ladies in your life. They carry an excellent selection of high quality products and have great prices (this was my first visit, but it seems like they have great discounts throughout the season). “After a very long stressful day, I came into the store about 15 minutes before closing. Doug was very patient and polite as he spent the next hour and a half helping us find our new mattress. Even with it being so long after he should have been able to leave for the night. His customer service was great. The store was very clean and smelled amazing. He patiently took amazing detailed care of us as he found us the perfect mattress for our needs. I would recommend the Mattress Super Store completely for all of your mattress needs. “I've purchased other things from Kittles in the past, but I recently went elsewhere to buy a mattress recently. Their service was great. Super friendly and eager to help. That said, their low price guarantee is a bit lacking. Overall, they are a good organization to work with and I would check with them before purchasing furniture elsewhere because I enjoy dealing with them.”

“We loved all the fresh new ideas Donna and Lisa brought into our home! We did the big down size yet we had so many different types of furniture with no distinctive direction. Rather than buy all new, Donna suggested painting some family heirlooms to bring them up to date. There was much counseling done to pry them out the door! She had many ideas that cost nothing or very little. The store had beautiful items to choose from. “Avoided giving 1 star because the associates were actually helpful. However, the product I was sold is junk and after laying 16 rows of vinyl plank the original row's click lock snapped and won't stay together.I waited 7 days for customer service to get back to me, only to tell me they have to have the store send in an unopened box of flooring to confirm it's the product.It's November and winter is upon us, these floors should've been installed and ready a week after purchase back in October. Now it'll take up to 10 business day from the day the receive the unopened box to inspect and confirm that the product is not the issue.This is a huge headache for flooring that costs almost $3 per square foot. I'm open to allowing them to keep my business but the expectation is for them to go above and beyond given the poor experience and time loss dealing with this mess.Note to future shoppers, check the click and lock system on any flooring you purchase before pulling the trigger. If it snaps in your hand then don't buy!Update: bumped to 3 stars because of Shaun. Give that man a raise.Update 2: Helonia in customer service and the CS team made this bad experience much much better. I don't fault any of the LL Flooring employees for the bad product. Manufacturer defects happen and I'll follow my own advice in the future. Check the tongue and groove/ click and lock system on any floating floors.”
