“We had a great stay at the Comfort! We will definitely be staying here when in the area. Janet and Kayla were great housekeepers that were on it during our stay. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.”
“Had to wait over 20 minutes to get checked in. The shower leaked under the chalking to the floor. But the staff tried to make it better and the bed was a nice firm mattress.”

“This place is lovely! We were on the first floor so it was comfortable and quiet. They do conveniently Supply ear plugs if you feel the noise of the planes going over bother you, but I believe they have done their best to build the hotel with as much noise dampening material as they can!”

“Our first time staying at the Sonesta, we drove 5 1/2 hours for a taekwondo tournament. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby area was very nice and beautiful. Our room was very nice, ran out of clean towels. The from desk was able to give us 1 towel, we made due. Many of our academy friends maybe staying here with us next year. Highly recommend, clean and nice rooms.”

“Front desk manager Venkata Nattam was very rude and disrespectful. Customer service was horrible. Rather would’ve stayed at red roof inn honestly for the way my friends and I were treated. Told us that since we had 4 guests the price would’ve been more for the room? Never knew we were being priced per person. We were out of our room majority of the time so for him to have been watching us that closely to somehow “know” who exactly was sleeping in the room was VERY concerning. When we were done checking out we were waiting on our Uber in the lobby & he definitely pushed us out called the police . Which was wild.. Would NOT recommend staying here! Made me and my girls very uncomfortable!!! Spend your money elsewhere. 0/10 . Location was decent though.Rooms: The room immediately smelled did not use AC because it smelled so badly.Safety: As being a single female with my friends this entire experience was very overwhelming and ridiculous.”

“Beautiful hotel. Dramatic lighting lobby so grand. Marble everywhere, even in the rooms. Staff super friendly I loved the hal who checked us in so super nice. We didn't stay for breakfast on a long road trip and a lot to go. But I wanted to drop a little hint. The hallways looked freshly painted beautifully carpet. The rooms carpet could use a deep clean. And the bathroom needs the most help. There was a piece of similar wall paper tapped above the shower rod...... When I went to take a shower I noticed only three towels, two hand towels, one wash cloth and a threadbare bath mat. I popped head out and asked husband he had not used the other linens. I was already in the wet tub when I looked up and saw the missing washcloth. Now I'm wondering, did they even clean the tub and is the washcloth in using clean? Who ever did your room checks missed that important part. We were given two barely left tp rolls and a box with two Kleenex left. I know times are hard but, after such a great experience I hated to see it fall so hard so fast. We will be back because we know it will get better.”

“Had a good time only complaint I have is no one was their for people to check out, don't know if they were pulled away for something but me and several other gusts waited for a while and left our key cards next to the computer at front. I really didn't want to do that but had no choice. After 5-10min no one is gonna wait much longer. Hope everything was ok.

“I had a family emergency and had to make a last-minute trip to Avon but completely spaced all the activities going on for the Brickyard. All the hotels I stopped at were full. I did stop into the Hampton Inn and even though they were full, Mike at the front desk was so pleasant. With all the stress of finding a hotel and the road construction around here, it was nice to have someone be so kind and helpful and with his help I was able to find a hotel that had some availability left. Thank you Mike!”
