“I was on my way to Lexington, Kentucky, with my three old son, and all of the sudden my car stopped accelerating in the middle of the freeway. I was able to roll (literally a snails pace) off of the next exit of the freeway and pull over. My insurance towing company was going to take hours to get to us and I didn't know what was going on with my car. I didn't want to risk anything more happening to it or my son and I. I Googled auto repair shops nearby and called Westside. Teresa answered the phone and said that they could get to me and tow my car to their location within 15 minutes. Granted, I am not very direction savvy and yet Jon still found us and rescued my son and I. When we got to the shop, they had legos for my son to play with, gave him a popsicle and Teresa waited with us and until my parents were able to come and pick us up. Their honesty, kindness and understanding was so admirable and just what I needed in that moment. I truly believe that God put Teresa and Jon (and Nathan) in this situation because adding a toddler into an already stress and panicky situation, they were the perfect people/company for the job. Jon was able to tow my car to the dealership the next morning. I honestly cannot thank them enough for their help. I was a stranger, am a single mom and the love that they showed us was such an experience. They will forever hold a place in my heart and I will forever thank God for them. Teresa made us feel at home and let my son completely take over her office with blankets, legos and noise. Nathan and Jon were very thoughtful and considerate of my situation as well as helping me feel safe and validated. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! They are heroes and I will forever be thankful for what they did for my son and I on that scary and stressful day.”
