“Absolutely amazing! I work in Plano, but commute about 45 min away. Needed my front brakes done ASAP, on a Saturday. Not only were they able to get me in, but pricing was fair and could be completed same day. I offered to pay over the phone and pick up my car after hours because of work, and they literally dropped the car off to me because I work nearby.5/5 will be back to do rear brakes and oil change in the future! “If you are looking for an honest and fair auto mechanic shop, THIS IS IT!We had our pick-up 350 in this shop to fix the break lines and it was done quick and at a very reasonable price. During the process of the truck being towed, a minor damage was done to our truck. Unfortunately, we didn't know who was a fault. After not getting anywhere with the tow company, Troy quickly offered to help and repair, at no cost! My husband and I were both shocked because this simply does not happen! Well we were wrong, because we believe that Robinson's Auto repair shop showed us loyalty and honesty! First time and long time customer's for sure! THANK YOU TROY! ;)”

“On December 19th, I visited Jiffy Lube in Montgomery, Illinois and I needed a headlight replaced in my Camaro. Dennis replaced the headlight within five minutes and I was so impressed with the customer service that he provided. The shop was extremely clean, the atmosphere was comfortable and I will certainly go back for additional car services. I also want to thank Cheryl for the great customer service she provided as well. I would certainly recommend Jiffy Lube for anyone requiring service to their vehicle with these professionals.”

“I've been bringing my vehicles here for years. The only issue I have is every time they try to sell you something additional (ie: filters) I get they need to make money but I'm not paying $80 for a $20 part that I can have my husband install. LolI also wish there were appointment times you could sign up for. I'm a mom of 2 and waiting can be a hassle sometimes with a newborn and 2 year old.Other than that, no issues. Super nice staff. They are quick once they get your vehicle in. Definitely will be back in the future. ?”

“After seeing all the negative reviews I was a bit apprehensive to come to this location. However, I needed my oil changed and promptly. This location is the closest one to my house so I called ahead and they let me know they were pretty open so I wouldn't have to wait long. When I got there everyone was super nice and I think I was in and out in less then 20 min. I also loved that after checking everything and letting me know the things that need some attention like the cabin air filter, tires ect... they didn't pressure me on any of it! That alone is enough to make me come back again and again. I don't know if I just came on a good day or something because my experience was nothing like the negative comments.”
