“Would highly recommend! Was visiting a friend in hospice, and could not get the washer fluid to work on a very slushy, yucky day. Stopped by here, explained the situation and Tyler not only checked the fluid level and topped it off, but cleaned out the sprayers (front and back) which was the actual problem. He also cleaned off the backup camera and let me know the back window spray nozzle was broken and should be fixed. Very helpful and kind.”

We had originally gone to another well known mechanic and they were going to charge us an estimated price of a minimum of $2600. Douglas fixed my car for $800 less than that “big company.” And did it all quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely have all my future car issues completed by Douglas because I know the work will be done correctly and with people I can trust.”

“If you are looking for an honest and fair auto mechanic shop, THIS IS IT!We had our pick-up 350 in this shop to fix the break lines and it was done quick and at a very reasonable price. During the process of the truck being towed, a minor damage was done to our truck. Unfortunately, we didn't know who was a fault. After not getting anywhere with the tow company, Troy quickly offered to help and repair, at no cost! My husband and I were both shocked because this simply does not happen! Well we were wrong, because we believe that Robinson's Auto repair shop showed us loyalty and honesty! First time and long time customer's for sure! THANK YOU TROY! ;)”

“I was on the Tollway when my oil change/maintenance light came on, Take 5 was the first available oil change center I saw once I exited. The young woman working walked up to my window and offered me a complimentary bottle of water while I waited, which was a really nice touch. I wasn't oversold on any services, but I did opt to replace my left wiper blade once that was looked at. The team at this Take 5 location was fast, thorough, and friendly. The price for full service oil change was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!”

Dennis replaced the headlight within five minutes and I was so impressed with the customer service that he provided. “After seeing all the negative reviews I was a bit apprehensive to come to this location. However, I needed my oil changed and promptly. This location is the closest one to my house so I called ahead and they let me know they were pretty open so I wouldn't have to wait long. When I got there everyone was super nice and I think I was in and out in less then 20 min. I also loved that after checking everything and letting me know the things that need some attention like the cabin air filter, tires ect... they didn't pressure me on any of it! That alone is enough to make me come back again and again. I don't know if I just came on a good day or something because my experience was nothing like the negative comments.”
