During the process of the truck being towed, a minor damage was done to our truck. Unfortunately, we didn't know who was a fault. “They have a dedicated line for checking the air in tires which is awesome. No charge. We went thru a couple of week ago and they were a little low. They filled them and we were on our way. Today the low tire pressure light came on so we went to discount. One tire was at 14 lbs so we didn't want to drive the car. They were booked up but made room to inspect the tire. There was a nail in the tire. They fixed the tire and didn't charge for the repair. Found out this is standard practice that they do not charge for tire repairs!! Again awesome and you can bet when we do need new tires we will go back to this location. We talked to three guys there and all three couldn't have been any nicer. I highly recommend the Discount Tire Oswego IL location.”
