Kenny G from the Wilmington office was professional, great communication,was on time. Handled my property with great care and made sure we was safe and happy with the service. After calling more than 10 services and being disregarded and treated beyond poorly by others I was defeated and this company was nothing less than heroes in my book. Let me add that the owner took the service call from vacation in Florida and contacted the office and kept his word with price care and punctuality. I salute his team cause that they are a team. I highly suggest requesting Kenny G he is the real deal I also must add that if as a customer u have questions or concerns speak to the boss man. He cares about his customers. He took a call from his vacation inn Florida to help us and no1 could've beat the the price.”
“Contacted BSG Automotive regarding a check engine light and error code most likely indicating a timing issue on our 2014 Explorer Sport with the 3.5L Ecoboost engine and 150k miles. I contacted them via email and Brian replied he could fit the vehicle into his schedule the following week and the repair would take less than 2 days once he started. The repair was started on time and I was contacted by Michelle that afternoon to let me know the work was on schedule and the vehicle would be ready for pickup the following afternoon barring no issues. She also gave me a small list of recommendations from Brian on some additional parts to replace. He noticed these were worn during disassembly of the engine. She said these could be replaced and not impact the completion schedule. They even took care of getting one of the parts covered under warranty due to premature failure. We picked up the car the following day as promised. When I popped the hood to inspect the work I discovered Brian had detailed the engine compartment. Looked brand new. Car is running great, no leaks. Highly recommend BSG Automotive.
