Not only were they able to get me in, but pricing was fair and could be completed same day. I offered to pay over the phone and pick up my car after hours because of work, and they literally dropped the car off to me because I work nearby.5/5 will be back to do rear brakes and oil change in the future! “I've been taking my car here for a year to get the oil changed for my car. I have not had an issue at all. I go in the morning and drop off my car while I shop. I've never had to wait very long to get it back. They text me when it's done. I think going first thing is the best to avoid a long wait. The ladies that have helped me at the desk are always nice and polite. For a basic oil change this place works. Don't expect to walk in at noon and have your car ready for by 1 pm. That doesn't even happen at the places that take appointments.”

They are EXPERTS at recommending the best options and explaining how each model compares. You can tell they have been doing this a lonnng time and it's easy to see why Dempsey has been the #1 Jeep dealership for decades---these guys have the whole car buying experience down to a science!! Everyone I spoke with was super happy to help, friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what questions to ask to get an understanding of what MY best options are and why....I love how when I first called they asked when I'd be in so they could schedule it and make sure someone was available to help as soon as I got there. I didn't realize what a HUGE benefit this is, especially at a dealership as busy as Dempsey! Had I just strolled in without that appointment I would've been sitting around for a LONG time waiting to even ask a question, so THANK YOU Dempsey for implementing the appointment system, I felt like a V.I.P.!! (and double THANKS!! for the good coffee!)Bottom line, from the initial call to setting the initial appointment to the test drives, to the financing, the purchase, and even the future maintenance plan, I felt like I had a whole team of experts guiding me thru each step!!
