“The customer service was excellent, but the storage lock had to be adjusted and flat bed need to fix the wheels on the flatbed need immediate attention. Other then that she was very helpful.”
“This was a great facility! So clean as well as appearing to be somewhat newly constructed. The manager was so helpful especially upon emptying out the unit. She credited us February's monthly fee in that we vacated by Feb 20. Also front desk person Roberto is INCREDIBLE! He's so kind, patient and knowledgeable!!!! Highly recommend!!”

“Great place to pick up or drop off a truck. After local U-haul and Budget locations cancelled my 26' truck reservations last minute, I was able to get a Penske rental here. The guy working the desk here at Kirk tire confirmed the truck was actually there and offered to let me pick it up a day early for free. He went over local routes for me to take to avoid low bridges. The truck we received was almost brand new, only 5000 miles. We'll never use other truck rental services now after being cancelled on by Budget and U-Haul”

“I have mixed emotions about the employees at this particular uhaul. Making up their own policies about local truck rentals. Most of the trucks on the lot are damaged so make sure you take pics of every.. every detail. I do like the drop off. It's easier when you have them on the phone going through everything.”
“U-Haul can be confusing and difficult to reach by phone, but Mark at 131st and Southwest Hwy made sure we had our truck and even came out to meet us on Sunday, because he knew we were concerned about using the phone app. I know that they are the largest U-Haul agent in our area and I would highly recommend using them over a gas station or other business that has U-Haul as a side business. Great job!”

“The service was great - everyone was so professional, efficient, helpful, and kind. That’s so rare to find these days! I was blown away. Jim and Will were especially great, as was the female I spoke to over the phone, who answered all my questions with care and kindness. The vehicle also was great and reliable, not to mention half the total price I would have had to pay at uhaul! (The compact cargo van was a great option for what we needed and saved us a lot of money). Because of how great everything and everyone was at this location, I will absolutely be coming back! This business is clearly run very well and whatever they’re doing, they’re doing it right.”
“Montana is so good at the installation of the hitches! He was professional and efficient! There was another car in front of me and he got both hitches installed within 3 hours!The customer service lady Nancy at this location was amazing too! She got me a chair to sit while I waited. There was free wifi and I got some work done.It was cool because they have CCTV and you can watch the installation process in the office if you’re curious.They have so many hitch receivers on the shelf for all kinds of vehicles!Get your hitch installed here! It’s worth the drive to work with Montana and Nancy!”

A very nice clean room in fact the inside is very nice no clutter cars management is there to help and assist.They have racks etc means of getting tour storage to your rented room. I love their exit doors where you excess in case of emergency besides coming in and going out.Very clean very cleanAnd everything works I. His use”
“Ok, to start with, I did not rent any trucks or vehicles with U-Haul. I brought my car here to have a hitch installed. Clarence was the man who assisted me. Clarence would call me to clear up questions or to attempt to get my vehicle in earlier than my scheduled time. The only problem I had here was tryin to call Clarence back, the U-Haul phone system always forwarded the call to a centralized U-Haul call center....so that was a little frustrating. BUT, Clarence kept me up to date as to the progress of my install and then he installed the unit in the anticipated time - 2 hours. The job was done neatly, on time and he and the staff at the building were all very courteous. Nice job Clarence, thanks.”
“Outstanding UHaul location; I go 20 minutes out of my way from the terrible ones closer to me. Bryan, Luna, Alesia, Maria, Wendy, Tyler, and Alecia (apologies for any misspellings; I didn't even remember Bryan's name the second time due, I would "say" mainly, to cognitive load) were tremendously warm, welcoming, kind, helpful, and understanding. If you're going to go to a UHaul anywhere near here, pick this one.”
