“Although busy, They were able to fit me into his schedule on very short notice for a new battery & other possible issues (it turned out to be just the battery). It was my first visit and I appreciated them accommodating me as a new customer. they are thorough in their explanations of problems, which I also appreciate, as I know they were busy but they still want you to understand what is going on with your car. I called them on a referral from another auto repair shop who wasn't able to get me in as quickly, which says a lot if you are referred to a business by one of their competitors. Missy was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient gave me a quote over the phone, followed up by texting the quote to me. I asked if I could come in same day...... Answer was yes. I asked how long it would take as I would wait for my car to be finished. I was quoted 45 minutes. Time quoted was accurate. I was in and out quickly same day. I will continue to come here for all my vehicle maintenance & needs moving forward. I would highly recommend as honest, great customer service, great mechanics are hard to come by.
