“On the recommendation of my brother who has been taking his car here for years, I had Sinclair replace the struts for my 2012 Honda CR-V. I had originally wanted them to install the KYB struts for replacement but they recommended the Monroe top-of-the-line struts. I decided to go with the Monroe struts. After the installation, I drove the car for a couple of weeks and did not like the ride. It was way too bouncy and I did not feel I was in control. I took it back to Sinclair and told them my issues. They did not give me any excuses or grief. They replaced the front struts again (with new Monroes) and now my CR-V drives almost as it did originally. Great customer service! “My rear passanger tire was leaking air. I went to Suburban Tire thinking I needed a new rim, as my tires were in good shape. Thinking to myself, how expensive are rims, do you have to replace 2 of them or 4 of them? I am a senior on a fixed income. I thought $$$. Suburban Tire said it was the rim and they could fix it! Very, very reasonably priced. They were very nice and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I absolutely recommend these guys.”

“Fantastic shop for all of your car tire related needs. I made an appointment earlier in the week and my time was actually honored. The staff was very friendly and listened to my concerns with my vehicle. They assured me they would take care of everything. In about 45mins or less my service was completed. They found tears in the wall and patched it all up and topped up the nitrogen air. The procedure was explained in detail and shared that my tires were in good condition for another few years.I will continue coming to this shop and I highly recommend others check it out!”

“My car got into a pretty bad accident and I brought it over to Kallsmeyn to get a quote for insurance damages. I had the pleasure of having Damian as my mechanic. He is very well versed on motor vehicles!Prior to coming in my insurance tried to snub me with a low quote on repair but Damian took the time to investigate and relay to my insurance that if done with that estimate it wouldn’t be safe to drive the car. He went tooth and nail and gave me a detail quote for damages — really went above and beyond here. Not to mention I kept bugging them with calls and not once did he show a hint of annoyance. Very glad to have met Damian and glad I went to Kallemeyn for the repairs.”

“I went to this location for complete brake job recently. Long story short I had to take my vehicle to the dealership and pay more money to correct their work. They bent a component holding a rear brake pad in place due to improper installation. This caused the damaged component to grind against the rotor. Before going to the dealership I tried to resolve this issue with management at the location and I was rudely dismissed 2 times by 2 different managers.**Update: Owner did follow through with resolving the issue.”

“I highly recommend Bridgeport Tires to anyone. Firstly, I am a novice when it comes to tires. I had a flat tire due to a nail and wasn’t sure if I should get a new tire, a used tire, or another solution. I looked up tire shops and saw that Bridgeport Tires had a 5-star rating, and I decided to stop by—on a Saturday, by the way. Carlos came out to meet me, I explained my situation and showed my old tire, and he shared that either a patch or a plug would be best (I went with the patch). Carlos brought me into his garage after a while; it was awesome to see him at work. Not only did he patch my tire, but he washed it and installed it on my car. Carlos’ service was excellent, fast, and a fantastic price. I’ve driven only one day on my repaired tire and have been safe on the road. Truly a great experience.”
