“I don't usually post on yelp but saw the low star rating for American Community and thought I should post. This bank is just wonderful. The associates have always been very professional, helpful and pleasant. When you enter the lobby, someone always greats you and is willing to guide you to whatever you need to accomplish. I have been banking with them since moving to Woodstock 7 years ago and no matter what concern I have they are most patient and helpful. Love this bank.”

“Absolutely great service. I forgot my chase debit card and the entire team of cashiers and managers were able to figure out how to accomplish my complicated transaction. I am in the computer systems business so I know how crazy is to deal with the authentication rules the system may “think” is a fraudulent transaction.Anyway, the four chase employees really went above and beyond for me “ the customer “ who was visiting this branch for the first time.Excellent service.
