“I honestly love this bank. I’ve been here for years and although I do not live in the area you can go to any Wintrust branch and be helped. The bankers here are helpful and always nice. I did get a snobby banker once but I’ll just take it she was having a bad day.”

The associates have always been very professional, helpful and pleasant. When you enter the lobby, someone always greats you and is willing to guide you to whatever you need to accomplish. “Absolutely great service. I forgot my chase debit card and the entire team of cashiers and managers were able to figure out how to accomplish my complicated transaction. I am in the computer systems business so I know how crazy is to deal with the authentication rules the system may “think” is a fraudulent transaction.Anyway, the four chase employees really went above and beyond for me “ the customer “ who was visiting this branch for the first time.Excellent service.
