Okay, so it's actually BILL + the mechanics who run a tight ship here at the Grease Monkey on Normantown Rd. This is an A-Team of friendly professionals that can handle almost any job, big or small. They can guarantee an oil change in under 30 minutes. Some sh*t happened to my poor Mazda a couple months ago and I had to have it towed for repair. Although it took a few days, they were able to replace a new ball joint and they charged me a reasonable amount for parts & labor. Fast forward to now, and I'm getting a standard oil & filter change. When they rang me up, I mentioned that the owner had said he'd "help me out" next time I came in. At first I got some blank stares, but after a few minutes of deliberation they came back and dropped the price from $101 to $86. This beat the $5 off online coupon, so I'm glad I asked. I'm not sure they topped off any fluids (brake, wiper) and my car's interior definitely hadn't been vacuumed. I already knew their car wash was out-of-order, so I didn't expect a sparkling exterior. On the other hand....I'd much rather save 15% on my bill and clean the car on my own time. * TL;DR * Honest, thorough, and they'll have you back on the road in a jiffy. If you need car work done, head over to Grease Monkey in Romeoville, not the Bolingbrook location on Boughton (who once fed me some pretty glaring misinformation about my broken-down car, requiring it to get towed a second time). As others have mentioned, Bill is a genuine dude. His team works TIRE-lessly to provide solid customer service, and in an industry where tons of people are overcharged and taken advantage of, you won't encounter that here. Great experience, I'll definitely encourage my wife and others to bring their business to this Grease Monkey.”

“I have been going to Lumpp and Sons for five years now. I have three older cars to take care of. Sometimes I can fix the issue myself. But if I can't, I always go and see Patrick! He is a very honest businessman. That's why he has people like me going back there. He fixed three air conditioners on all three of my cars. The price could not be more reasonable. When I brought in a car when the break sensors were squealing, he changed the two that needed to be replaced. He told me I can get another half a year to a year out of them.
Also when I bring in the car the day before for the service and drop off the keys, most of the time he'll fix it the next day and I can pick up the car the next evening.
If there were more stars to give Lumpp & Sons I definitely would!

“The Lemont Jiffy Lube location did an excellent job on my oil change. This was one of the better experiences I’ve had at a Jiffy Lube in my 25 years of oil changes. There was a young motivated staff that clearly explained everything and did all of the vehicle checks that should go with a Jiffy Lube oil change, but does not often happen. I highly recommend this location!”

“I travel all over the country. In the last 8 weeks I’ve drove over 10k miles. I’ve had them change my oil from the west coast all the way to the east coast. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience with them. They are always pleasant and nice. I’ve actually had my oil changed at this locations 3 time over the last year and this group is great. It’s always quick and easy. This location always has a professional staff and I’ve never had them try to up-sale me on anything. I now have my wife using them back in Texas because of the ease getting her oil changed. No need to ever exit your vehicle and if you do end up waiting in line it still is way faster than any other oil change place I’ve ever been too. I highly recommend using Take 5 oil change at pretty much any of the locations across the country.”
