“I can't say enough about the customer service I received in buying a new truck from Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. Tom Keane was the best car salesperson that I have ever dealt with. After texting and talking with him on the phone, I drove 4 hours to the dealership, not knowing really what to expect when I got there being an out-of-state buyer. But Tom was friendly, courteous, and did everything he could to make me comfortable in what is sometimes a difficult situation. I received a fair deal and Tom answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained every part of the transaction. Once the deal was done, he spent the extra time to go over all the tech features in the truck with me and answer all of my questions about the truck. This was the best car buying experience I have had in 45 years of buying vehicles. It's too bad the dealership if so far from me, because I would definitely go back there to buy my next vehicle.
