“I came to this AT&T location in Bolingbrook after speaking with AT&T customer service and going to their recommended Asurion repair location expecting a miracle. I knew better, but hey...
Rafael was there. There wasn't anything he could offer to fix the problem, but he did everything that he didn't have to do! He was amazing! He got me on the phone with the right people to help me! He held on the phone until he explained the issue and it was resolved. That day happened to be my birthday!!!!
After the new phone was ordered he told me to bring it back when I got it and he'd help me to set it up! Here I am. Rafael just set up my phone! If I tried to do this on my own, I'd be in tears and it would take me two days!
