“We went to Ashleys to get a frame and the mattress salesman was very pushy with us and only wanted to show us higher priced mattresses. We were very put off by him and we ended up at Mattress Firm instead.
We told Jim what we wanted and what we didn't want and he helped us find something we liked and we found our perfect match. It felt like less than 20 minutes. He was attentive and knowledgeable about the beds they had.
Delivery was done by Alfredo Sanchez, Quick delivery and very polite.
Overall easy shopping with Mattress Firm.”

“We worked with a wonderful sales associate, Lauren. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We chose the PressureSmart™ 2.0 Plush Pillow Top 13.75" Mattress with free adjustable base. So far, the mattress is a wonderful choice for us as side sleepers. The only negative we see so far (it's only been two nights) is that it seems to be higher in the middle and we roll towards the edges, but hopefully, that will subside as the mattress settles in. Additionally, we've always used a box spring along with our mattress, so using the adjustable base instead allows the bed to sit lower a few inches, so that is taking some time to get used to. Again, it's only been two days so I will update later. I must mention the delivery team headed by Fernando is another reason for the five stars! He was absolutely wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and followed through on all removal and set up as directed. We feel we can trust Mattress Firm and will continue to recommend them.”

“Wow! Such a great experience. My husband and I got a Nectar a month ago and we were not happy, we needed something firmer. All I can say is Casper was the most helpful, we came in twice and they were so patient, educated and we also got to try all the beds we might buy. Hector helped us on Saturday decide we were going with Casper and then Owais helped us with the purchase a few days later. Did not feel pressured to go with the higher end bed, really they just gave us time to find what a good nights sleep for us could be. Hopeful and grateful for Oak Brook Casper’s help!
