“I had previously left a review that wasn't that favorable for this organization, and I would like to amend it.The dealership has reached out to me with multiple phone calls to discuss my particulars, and I feel like the customer service was very good and their concern was genuine.I don't think it's necessary to go into details about my situation, but I'm comfortable in the fact that the dealership cared that I had the issue,and explained it in depth so that I would understand exactly what occurred. For me, Travis, the salesman worked out great, and Matt, the sales manager, who reached out to me had genuine concern for my feelings.I will be back to purchase another vehicle from this location.
