“What a great experience despite the fact that, unfortunately, I cannot remember the ladies' names! My necklace chain had two nearly impossible knots to untangle and even though it took a solid 20 minutes, they successfully untangled them! Initially, they said they may need to send it to the jeweler and would need to quote us, but that ended up not being necessary and the untangling was done for free! We also looked for a new chain and received guidance for which one to choose. My fiancé and I sincerely appreciated their patience when we said we would need time to consider – no pushing at all! Worth mentioning: this store always has impressive deals and sales happening. Thank you!!”

I was crunched for time finding a kurta for my buddy's wedding and Arti was super welcoming and put together a great three piece outfit. They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. Arti provided $120 off of everything because we found one that fit and looked good all together. Highly recommend this place for Indian jewelry and clothing!”

“I cannot recommend Costello's in Glen Ellyn enough! My stroller completely bent a silver engraved plate that wasn't mine like a taco. I was completely stumped on what to possibly do to fix it and was so nervous to tell the group it belonged to that I had ruined it. I brought it in to Costello and they accepted the challenge. They completely fixed it and now you would never know anything happened to it. Not only did they fix it, but the service and communication was great! “I've been to Piccard several times now. Once, we went to sell some gold coins, another time we went to change watch batteries, then a third time to help my mother pick out new earrings. Piccard has a small selection, but they all appear to be good pieces. These days, I understand why a jeweler wouldn't want to have a lot of stock - robberies or the cost of goods being high, it really doesn't make sense to have much in stock. But, they do have a lot of catalogs you can review, and he will order anything you want. More so, I trust them. When we went to sell our gold coins, they were US Coins, proof. They said he would buy them by weight, but we would probably get more from a coin dealer. They could have just given us the money and marked up the coins, but they didn't. That earned my trust and my business.”
