“This was the best experience working with Mike. I had a few designer pieces and wanted to get more value for them besides weight. I was pleasantly surprised at his quote. I also sent scrap items. It was very nice working with someone that actually does what they say. I was sent a lable for 2 day shipping. Once received I was given the quote and paid same day. I live out of state and did a little research on who has a market for what I was selling. This worked so well for me. Takes away going shop to shop to see what local jewlers will offer you. I will continue to work with Mike from here on out. I highly encourage anyone that is a little nervous about shipping items, to try it. I texted Mike to let him know when it shipped and that I saw it had been delivered. He responds and gave a time that he would let me know about each item. Again, went so much better than expected. “Walked in after years of passing by and was greeted with some very kind people. Unfortunately they were not interested in the item I was trying to sell(no big deal at all) but I didn’t walkout emptied handed because they gave me a iPhone charger and block for free, which they didn’t have to do at all. “Arlington Jewelry & Pawn is awesome. I had some jewelry and misc. gold I wanted to sell. The first place I stopped at offered me $400. I took out three items that I thought I might be able to get more for somewhere else and they gave me $200. I then went to a jeweler who gave me $300 for one of the three items. Luckily I was able to go back to the initial shop and get my gold back for $200. Today, I went to Arlington Jewelry & Pawn and they gave me $460. $260 more!! They are definitely honest and fair and I highly recommend them.”

“Everyone at Panache was extremely helpful and even worked with me on my budget. I was crunched for time finding a kurta for my buddy's wedding and Arti was super welcoming and put together a great three piece outfit. They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. “I was looking for a specific Cross pendant and called Elk Grove Jewelry & Pawn on a whim. I described what I was looking for and Jade stated that she had what I was looking for and quoted me a price. Upon arrival, Jade showed me the Cross and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I looked at the price tag and the price on the tag was higher than what was quoted. HOWEVER, Jade honored the price which she quoted me over the phone.
