Turns out the previous shop I went to was intensely deceitful, price gouging me and urging me to fix things that don’t need fixing, while beating around the bush with things that *actually* need fixing.Everyone at Rolando’s is so kind and honest, especially Rachel, who I worked with most of the time. During one incident, she even called the previous shop who was trying to screw me over, explaining that the work they did is what created the problem in the first place. “Schaeffer Auto in Elk Grove Village, IL ~ are an excellent auto repair shop. They fixed my car in under a week. Even though we’re all experiencing delays on certain vehicle parts due to all of the strikes, they were able to obtain the necessary parts and repair my vehicle pretty quickly. I didn’t even have to go through the hassle of making any payments because they handled everything with the insurance company. And the insurance company paid them directly. Schaeffer also went ahead and scheduled a rental car for me which picked me up directly from their shop at the same time that I dropped off my car. And when my car was ready, I just dropped off the rental at Schaeffer and the rental car company came and picked up their car.Schaeffer also buffed out the rest of my car that had minor scratches, washed and vacuumed everything nicely too. Two friendly guys arrived on the scheduled day, worked out how to best remove the glass ( they had to break the mirror to take it off the wall) and took all the glass pieces away with them. They did a pretty good job cleaning up - I found only a couple of little pieces.I thought the price was reasonable and I would use this company again.”

“Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!I broke the driver's window on my 20yr old car during a Chicago polar vortex evening.I spent the next day calling around trying to find a place to get it fixed, some places said that they couldn't get the window, some were hugely expensive. Atlas said they could replace the window at a very reasonable price.Very friendly, the OEM window ordered didn't quite fit, so they got a different window, it took longer to fix than they had said. They reduced the quoted price, which was hugely appreciated. I think the window they put in is a better fit than the window that broke.???????”

“From the first call to picking up my car today, great service.My first time with a rock hitting my windshield and I called my insurance company, on a Saturday. I was linked through to Safelite and an appointment was made for Monday morning. The crack was no bigger than a dime so it was sanded and resin put in. I cannot see it except from the inside where is there is a smudge. The people were were so nice on the phone and in person. I hope I never have to see them again, except to say hello! LOL”
