Even though I have now moved to another town I continue to bank there because of the outstanding service I receive. I attribute this service exclusively to the excellence of its employees at that location. I have found every employee to function with patience and social grace. I don’t just use the drive-through but primarily use the lobby facility. I simply could not be more pleased. I need to be specific about an associate named Sarah. She has served me with such kindness and deliberate accuracy that I must mention her. I have used her in personal banking issues, as a Notary Republic, And as a liaison for banking issues out of state. Most recently Sarah assisted me with a credit card Problem that was causing me much anxiety. Her follow up was extraordinary. and clearly beyond her job requirement.
