“It's not often that banks receive reviews because of identity theft concerns, but I have been banking at this branch exclusively for 5 years because I get so many extra amenities with my FREE checking account. For example, I can deposit any kind of check by snapping a photo of it and using the app. I also get complimentary Overdraft Protection for when I make a mistake and overdraw my account. Also, the Fraud Prevention Department is on top of suspicious activity because I live in Florida, but bank in Warrenville. Also, I have consistently received 5-star service from the Personal Bankers. All of them, every time that I phoned for assistance. And of course, there is the benefit of having a debit card with a VISA logo. West Suburban Bank is a very good place to bank. Thank you for 5 years of excellent service.”
