“They did an outstanding job on my Audi that was unfortunately rear ended. Can't tell a thing ever happened. Despite it being a insurance job they sti take care of you and are easy to work with. Other shops I've been too always try to rush you out and onto the next or do a sloppy job because insurance pays for it.”
“First time here! Bun and Matthew were so kind and personable.Came for a simple oil change, it took almost an hour and a half but I didn’t have anywhere to be so I didn’t mind the wait. Keep this in mind if you’re impatient or in a rush.Matthew gave me the run down and prices of other repairs I would need on my car without being pushy or trying to sell me anything.It’s busy but I can see why!! I’m def coming back and I recommend this place. The price of a non synthetic oil change is fair.”

“Outstanding service! We took our recently purchased Explorer here because we thought we kept hearing a noise - of course when we brought it in, no noise! Ants checked it over throughly and did some test drives. Didn’t find any issues but still gave it a good once over and greased up any bearings, etc. Haven’t heard any noises since. Ants was friendly, through, knowledgeable, and they charged next to nothing for checking it out for us. So glad to have found a reliable mechanic!”

“I recently had Becker's do some work on my 2013 Audi A4 that the dealer recommended. I used Becker's because the procedure was well within their capacity. As when I had B's do work on my previous VW Passat, the work was done extremely well and the price was very fair! There was no attempt to upsell me on services I didn't need.I recommend Becker's to anyone looking for competent, fair, honest car service. “I called Jim about rebuilding a rear differential in an older model truck. He suggested that I purchase a whole used rear end and he would do the installation. He not only found the used part and had it shipped to the store, but he also gave me a very fair price on the labor. When I went to pick it up and pay for it, he knocked off a few more dollars. “Would I take my Cayenne S here for major engine work, probably not. And I doubt they'd even agree to do it. But for tires, brakes, and suspension needs, they do a great job. Needed dedicated snow/winter tires (all season are nonsense, especially on SUV's) and they set me up just fine. Ordered on a Sunday, arrived and were installed on Monday. They did a nice job at a great price.Follow up:Mavis steps it up again for me. Had an issue with a cracked valve stem (TPMS) on my GF's Acura. Not wanting to go to the dealer for obvious reasons, headed over to my friend's at Mavis in Bloomingdale. Cliff and his crew set us up in less than 30 minutes, and at a fraction of what the dealership would have charged. Can't say enough about this place. There are a lot of options in the area, my advice would be to give Mavis Tires & Brakes a shot if you haven't already. I bet you'll be happy with the results!”
