“Pre pandemic I used to go play dnd at the adventure league event. I miss that. The energy seems to have shifted as I don't believe the people running the event are the same. Definitely where I go for dnd books and dice still, and its fun to walk around to look at things. I loved observing the warhammer event. It looked like every one who participates in the events enjoys them a lot. Its a great hub for the nerdy members of the community!”

“My nephew Enzo is visiting from California to spend his 14th Birthday in Chicago. We attended the Lego Convention then we went to Woodfield to search for a specific set but couldn’t find it there. The wonderful Manager at Woodfield called the Northbrook location and we were able to order the set my Nephew Enzo was looking for. We arrived at the Lego Store in Northbrook and felt very Welcomed by the staff:Mery, Elizabeth and Cameron made my nephew’s day. “I write this review on the 1 year anniversary of the shop's opening. The brothers that run the store set up a welcoming atmosphere for guests, they are just good conversationalists. Over my many trips to The Horror House, I have picked up monster related art, t-shirts, patches, figures and even coffee.And the coffee and all the other stuff, is so so good. I was willing to wait for the next opening but thankfully Stacy offered to cut my 3 year old’s hair. She took her time and gave me so many helpful tips on how to maintain my daughter’s very curly hair.
