“The staff is friendly and helpful. I fortunately visited during 25% sales and in my size find great deals. It's crowded usually during those sales so keep that in mind. They are closed on specific days so plan accordingly.”

“I've been a pretty frequent regular here for many years, but I'm thinking a *lot* of the shoppers here are too.In truth it's just a such a nice place and a lovely crew, there's too much love in my heart to not give it a good rating. I'm finding the inventory changes less and less every time I visit though, and after overhearing the selection is restocked and organized on a daily basis I've only been left to assume that close to anything that hasn't been sitting out for a while is getting nabbed up pretty competitively. Even a month or two's time they'll have out an entirely different seasonal entrance table, but so much of the rest of the store still manages to look so familiar that I'll surprise myself with how much I remember so clearly. As an avid thrifter It's been a much less frequent stop in my rotation unfortunately, but I could give it all the same praise and recommendation as these ratings I see before me have. Please do visit and support it!”

“Very cute thrift shop with an upscale feel. My sister, size S-M found many pieces of clothing to try. I, size XXL, found a few in my size but none that were my style unfortunately. I would recommend to my friends and we will be back on our next thrifting adventure to the city ?”

“Rarely will you find the atmosphere of this shop. The staff are *just the right amount* of friendly. This is an open and airy building with fascinating history and remarkable wares. Treat yourself to a wander and pick up a treasure.”

“Great little store. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. As with most thrift stores, there is a lot more wider selection of clothes for women but I found a few really nice items of mens clothing and accessories. Will definitely be shopping there again”

“This is the most amazing thrift store I have ever seen. There are very beautiful fine china and crystal pieces, furniture, and all manner of delightful fabric furnishings. I didn’t look at the clothing, but I have to assume it is as well curated as the rest of the items.”

“Great selection of games! I've bought a dozen or so games from this location - most were $2-3. The box was damaged on one, but otherwise they have all been complete and in reasonably good shape.”

“I have loved this place for several years now. They have a great message, atmosphere, and prices. That is for everything except their clothes... if I wanted to buy Target/Ross/T.J. Maxx brand clothing at original or above original price I would go to those stores. On the other hand, there media selection and Knick knacks are always affordable, will continue to give them my business!”

“From beginning to end my experience here was amazing. They have a lot of name brand clothing! I scored some new express shirts for work for $18 each. As someone who is a fanatic of express, I know those shirts retail well over what I purchased them for. I’ll be back soon! So happy to support a Latinx business!”

“I had great luck here today, 3 items tried/3 items purchased. Prices were higher here than some other thrift stores, but nice stuff. They take Venmo, cash or check but no credit cards. But look out for the non-private changing room, lol. I was in there in my skivvies and someone came in -- I called out around the screen that the room was occupied -- she kept coming! I protested that I was trying on clothes, she said in an aggravated tone, "Yes, I want to, too." When I was checking out I asked about it and they said, yes, women are expected to share a common changing space, but I was assured that men were not allowed in when women were in there. Well I should say.”

“Always excited to bring something new snd nostalgic to my home and the feel of the hood where I grew up esp. ! ACKERMANNery Bakery. ALWAYS got My free sugar cookie when I came on Sat. Mornings to pick up fresh goodies for my mom. Better more peaceful times. You certainly wudnt send ur 7 y.o. alone to store these days however ur staff needs to stop following the customer and making them feel uncomfortable and policing the mask. Thank you”

“This vintage shop is beautifully curated. Not only are all of the items -- from antiques to vintage clothes --clean and pressed/polished, but they carry a range (and I mean a range!) of sizes. Prices are fair. Are they thrift store prices? No. But you're paying for the curation and care of solid vintage pieces. And, again--- the sizes!!!!”

“What a great place with tons of great prices. Supports a great cause! They participate with fun events in the community like the wine walk and are inclusive to all! They have great quality items and get things in frequently! Check out their Facebook page too!Would bring my family here- not sure why previous reviews say otherwise. “I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.” MLK Jr.”

“First of many visits! They sell all sorts of things besides inexpensive beautiful and good quality clothing: books, kitchen, bath, car and body care, even some electronics. And the best of all, the staff is wonderful! The ladies are super helpful. I honestly left feeling like I left yoga class or therapy.”

“I was excited when I saw this when I searched “thrift” I been to this location yet. I’ve been to the one in Brooklyn and I bought one of my favorite pairs of pants. The selection and prices I think were reasonable. When it comes to shopping in general I’m kind of picky but sometimes you just find the “thing” and it’s great.”

“Twigs and Cotton is simply amazing! “Such a cool little place! I went by and the woman working there was super friendly and helpful, and was so fun to talk with. I found a cute pair of boots, belt, some craft supplies, and even a set of utensils at a great price! If you want to thrift primarily for clothes, I would say you might have a harder time (they have really unique pieces, which is awesome, but it’s just a small selection), but if you want anything else, they have such a neat selection of items. Kitchenware, jewelry, scarves, kids toys, pottery, fancy teacups, yarn, lace, buttons, and a bunch of other fun knickknacks. The awesome staff means I’ll definitely be back to check out what new stuff they have in the future!”

“I saw this place randomly as I drove by, and decided to stop. Extremely glad I did. I found a really nice jacket, and a bunch of little stuff to give as additional Christmas gifts. The folks at the desk were helpful and engaging, and even random customers started conversation and gave advise. Saved in my favorites, I will be back in the new year!”

“This is a small thrift store in a strip mall with a parking problem. (There are signs telling Wings customers specifically where they can't park.) Very well organized inside. It contains mostly quality goods (clothes to household to furniture to jewelry) priced up higher than most thrift stores. However, you sometimes find special items that aren't carried in the Salvation Armies or Goodwills that make it worth stopping in.”

“Went here based on the many reviews about their earring collection and found the exact kind of earrings i was looking for immediately. Their earring collection is enormous and they even have necklaces and rings too, all very reasonably priced. Huge fan of this thrift store and will be back again very soon”

“I've visited this store for a few years now and all I can say is that it ultimately depends on what you are looking for. Things such as CDs and DVDs are priced fairly, but if you are trying to buy something a little more high end, forget it. The prices seem to jump by %500 on a whim, no consistency.”

“Great thrift shop. Very random in objects acquired/donated, but interesting enough that it's part of my circuit of places to visit. Usually walk away with at least one thing per visit, or the desire to. Which is more than most thrift stores I visit anymore.”

“I used to come here years ago, then Covid, then it seemed like things were kinda sparse inside and then the hours were sporadic. BUT, I started coming back a few months back, and let me tell you, it is a whole new place!! It is organized, the display outfits and everything are beautiful, the staff is super friendly and seem to have a lot of fun together. The guy who is the manager and the gal who might be the one who does the displays- they are awesome, and the woman who is always telling me she will get me a room to try things on when my hands are full lol!! The pricing seems fair to me- there's a mix of basic brands and also great higher end stuff. Plus there's dishes, glasses, tons of books, and neat stuff to poke around and find. It's more organized than before and looks full but not at ALL crowded like a basic thrift spot. It's clean and feels like a fancy shop. So glad I came back, and I will keep coming back!!”

“The owner and his team are such an incredible part of our community. They are passionate about ensuring recyclable, beautiful items find a loving home rather than be refuse. The staff is from the community and as a whole, this small business gives back into the community and has helped so many families behind the scenes. I bought books for a song that recently came out, and the quality furniture makes me want to revisit my love of refinishing. Thanks Brian and the Green Element team. You are so appreciated!!!”
