“I write this review on the 1 year anniversary of the shop's opening. The brothers that run the store set up a welcoming atmosphere for guests, they are just good conversationalists. Over my many trips to The Horror House, I have picked up monster related art, t-shirts, patches, figures and even coffee.And the coffee and all the other stuff, is so so good. When it comes to styling, I put a lot of trust in them since they have such a strong sense of fashion, which is why I trust them so much. I know I can depend on them to be honest with me if they see something that doesn't look quite right. “My husband had a “Fergie Jenkins is still my favorite” shirt and some how it got lost while traveling. I was in the area before the Cubs game today and stopped in to see if they still had it. The guy helping me said they didn’t have any in the store but was having the warehouse checked. His coworker asked what we were looking for and he said “I don’t think we do, but I can have one made for you if we’re totally out”. I was blown away by their customer service and willingness to go out of their way for 1 t-shirt. Luckily, they had 1 last shirt in the size I needed, but your company has earned a life long customer!”
