“So my car battery died in -12 degree weather. Since three days I’ve been on and off constant calls with my insurance and roadside assistance for a towing company to help tow my car. For three days of waiting and waiting for hours I decided to give up with the roadside assistance. I immediately found C and F company. I saw their reviews and called them up. Best decision I could make. These guys without hesitation heard my situation and arrived with their tow truck within 15 minutes!! 15 MINUTES!!! And not only did they give an appropriate and timely response, they showed up with a smile on their face on one of my hardest days in negative degree weather. They set up my car within 5 minutes and dropped it off at my car dealer. In an emergency or just in general, I would definitely recommend C&F Towing recovery LLC. They brought relief and peace to me when I knew my car was finally in safe hands. And reached its destination safely. I highly recommend this company. “Gene's Village Towing is amazing!! Yesterday one of our company driver got stuck on a side of the road. He had no idea where he was, but after describing his location to me and the dispatcher over the phone, he was able to send the tow driver to our guy very quickly. The tow truck driver is probably the nicest guy I have ever met. The truck was still running and was locked up, which meant it could not be turned off. It was smoking badly and leaking some fluid, so obviously the driver was hesitant to put it on his truck for fear it could catch fire. Most drivers would have said sorry I can't help you, but not this guy, he tried a couple different ways to disable the leak and finally got it fixed, then just picked the truck and delivered to the closest dealer. Gene's Village Towing, you have some pretty great people working for you! Anytime someone needs a tow, I will hands down be recommending this place! Thank you again for a great experience!!!”
