I was frazzled, distressed and worried I wouldn’t be able to get home that night. Then I called North Shore Towing Inc.The company completely changed the evening’s tone from stressful to positive. We became pretty much stranded in Illinois so we went down to this shop for Mannie to take a look and diagnose an issue. He figured it out, we got the part overnighted, and the next day he fixed it. Mannie squeezed us into a spot and worked quickly to get us up and running again. He was so nice and the prices were unbeatable. Everyone there is so hardworking and won’t stop for anything. “So my car battery died in -12 degree weather. Since three days I’ve been on and off constant calls with my insurance and roadside assistance for a towing company to help tow my car. For three days of waiting and waiting for hours I decided to give up with the roadside assistance. I immediately found C and F company. I saw their reviews and called them up. Best decision I could make. These guys without hesitation heard my situation and arrived with their tow truck within 15 minutes!! 15 MINUTES!!! And not only did they give an appropriate and timely response, they showed up with a smile on their face on one of my hardest days in negative degree weather. “I called Jake this morning after seeing good reviews and how geographically close he is to me (I'm new to the area). I had what I thought was just a slow leak in a tire, so I told him it was no rush. He said he was busy, but didn't want me to be driving on a potentially bad tire, so he said to come in at 1:00 and he'd squeeze me in. I got there right at 1:00, he took my car right away, and less than 30 minutes later, I was on my way with a permanent patch in my tire (which would have definitely been completely flat by tomorrow had Jake not made time for me today). He is a super nice, genuine man who seems to really care about making sure everyone gets his best work in a timely manner. I would trust him with any other work my car may need.”

“My young son and I were driving to the Shedd Aquarium from Waukesha, WI when my check oil light came on. I will admit that I am completely ignorant when it comes to just about anything with cars, so I had no idea what kind of damage I could be doing to the car to continue driving, and I was a good 2 hours from home. I happened to find Kris Touhy Auto because I searched for a BP gas station close to me along my route -- and sure enough attached to the BP was this auto shop. I was shaken, I was embarrassed, I was rushed -- and the two men in the shop (an older gentleman and a younger man) immediately stopped what they were doing and both came out to check my oil level and fill it up -- for like pennies! They even showed my son (and me) how to do it. I can't say enough good things about these men and this shop. It seems like a simple, easy thing for most, but they saved the day for me, and it had a huge impact on my day. If I lived closer, you'd be my go-to! Thanks, gentlemen.”
