In this age of horrible customer service, it's refreshing when you call a business, the owner picks up straightaway, and you can quickly schedule something or get questions answered. That was our experience with UNITS. Also the machine they use to move the pod is cool. I'd definitely recommend using UNITS over using a self storage place you have to drive to. The price is similar, and you only have to load and unload your stuff once.”

I didn't have a lot of furniture but I had lots and lots of boxes and everything fit. They arrived on time and pick up on time from IL, the whole process was flawless. Nothing inside my UPack was broken when it arrived in Florida! delivery and pick up in Florida was a little later on their time but they always stayed in communication with me and made sure I was OK with a change in time. Would recommend this as an option for long distance moving. Couldn't have been an easier transition!”

In advance of our pickup date, Hollander had to coordinate with our condo's management office to reserve an elevator and a loading dock.Hollander took care of all of the details, arrived at both locations on time and delivered our possessions to an address a thousand miles away on time. We couldn't be more pleased. Their employees from those on the ground to those in the office were courteous and quite competent. They made the move much easier than it might have otherwise been.”
