A pleasant interaction with Ryan at this Verizon store. He was prompt in helping and took time researching an item for my grandmother. He was very patient as well.

Had a super easy visit with Verizon today! They were great to work with and I ordered my new phone, I should receive in a few weeks. Told me to come back if I need help transferring my data!
