“I am relatively new to the area, having just moved back to Illinois from Texas, and was looking for a bank in the area, already having had a bad experience with a competitor around the corner. Then I located PNC, and found they had a promo online, which I enrolled. All was good until I encountered a small glitch in my direct deposit that I thought would affect the promo and my new relationship. Well low and behold, up stepped Jake Delort, the VP Branch Manager, and what could have been a HUGE problem, became one of the most rewarding and satisfying experiences I have ever had with customer service.
