“The only reason I am giving this review is because of Gabriel Edwards. This teller will do everything in his power to get your check cashed even if you don't bank with them. I have had 2 experiences before with cashing a check but those experiences where not as positive as this one. This bank takes extra precaution when it comes to cashing checks and withdrawing of money without proper I.D. Just yesterday I was here and all a lady with a polish or russian accent did was call a number and when it said the check number wasn't available she just said monay was not available yet and sent me on my way. No research eventhough i could only arrive 15 min. before close she could have done more. I felt like she didn't want to give it to me!. The company i work for recruits actors and it is a legit company but they changed to this bank and i thought i wouldn't have any problems like before but i was wrong. But thanks to Gabriel's research it had always been clear to cash and all those other pointless things the woman did was all for nothing. Thank you Citibank for hiring such a great employee. Don't know what i would have done without his help.”
