“Since October 2022 I have filled my prescriptions at the Jewel-Osco pharmacy in Danada. The service I've gotten there is simply outstanding. They have gone out of their way to find the lowest prices for me after comparing my prescription drug plan costs with other options that were available. They work to save me money. In particular, one pharmacy manager, Kristine Perry, was terrific in getting me the lowest price to pay on my prescriptions. Janice, one of the clerks, is always very helpful. In January 2024, Hardik Patel (the pharmacist in charge on the day that I went in) was very, very helpful in explaining to me the reasons behind the problems with my prescription refill schedule . He's very knowledgeable, very helpful, and gave me options to resolve my problem. Currently, I live about 40 miles away from Danada Square. It's a hike. I keep going to that pharmacy because the staff there is phenomenal.”

“We like this CVS a lot. Friendly people, welcoming atmosphere, good product selection. We moved from downtown Chicago about a year ago. Immediately felt the difference the first time we entered the store. It has not disappointed. Much better set up and atmosphere than the Walgreens across the street.”

4 phone calls - Walgreens on Main Wheaton and 2 Walgreens in Glen Ellyn 3 people misleading regarding a simple glucose monitor being at the last minute not in stock. The only Walgreens rep listening to me was the pharmacist at this location.

There was some mix-up and my photos were lost, and he made sure I didn’t leave without my photos, eventually reprinting them — all in the span of less than ten minutes! “I work next to this Walgreens, and it is a great place to stop and pick up a snack, my prescriptions, or photo order. This Walgreens has had the best selection after holidays for those of you who like to bargain shop! The staff here are amazing!”

“Never had a problem with the staff or getting my meds in a timely fashion, only stopped using them because I'm no longer in the area 5 days a week for work. The only reason I took a star off is because the system will not take no for an answer. Their system has repeatedly tried to ask for refills on meds I don't have set for auto refill, even after I told the staff I was using a different pharmacy. In one instance this caused my insurance to deny filling a script at my new pharmacy. But hey, if you don't need to change pharmacies 5/5 lol”
