“I went to Oswald's medical supply area earlier this week with my parents to purchase a rollater for my dad. THANK YOU so very much to Eraldi for your help and patience in making sure it’s a good fit for my dad’s walking/sitting needs and my mom’s folding/lifting needs. It was so valuable to have someone talk us through the features and they could actually try it as opposed to just ordering something online. He is now in touch with a wheelchair company to see if he can order a replacement seat and back for a wheelchair we temporarily borrowed from a friend. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!”

I can’t say enough about Shereen and her kindness. She honestly talked to me on several occasions and was so encouraging as it was a difficult time in my life when my husband was sick. We filled several prescriptions here even though it was 30+ minutes from our home because of the great service at Your Pharmacy (Walgreens and CVS were not timely in fulfilling past prescriptions and it was always a pain to go through so many prompts with other pharmacies and to feel like a burden when I finally did speak with someone.) “Go shopping here almost daily, they just need more cashiers at peak times. The weekend before Thanksgiving they had 3 lanes open plus self checkout, absolutely not enough. Plus sense the pandemic they have not brought back 24 hour service, very disappointing, at the beginning it was because they wanted to protect there stocking staff not sure what the reason is now. Need to bring back 24 hour service.”

Rana-Reagan was the 3rd pharmacy i went to. After they too could not get my insurance to cover it instead of apologizing and moving on, they went through all the channels they needed to with my insurance to be in network and cover the vaccine.”

“Standard Costco with good selection. Food court is nice. I recently got the pepperoni pizza, chicken bake and hot dog. The hot dog and chicken bake were great. However, the pizza quality seems to have gone down hill but was still good. All in all, a nice Costco option in the area.”

“Re: Covid testing. Unfortunately, they said 24-48 hours for result notification and it’s been about 5 days. I called the number they give for the testing lab and no one answers (just rings and rings). I called this pharmacy and they said it’s a Chicago-wide there is an inundation of test kits on labs and labs can’t keep up. I think the staff at this pharmacy is helpful and they are aware of the issue and don’t have much control of it, even though he profusely apologized. It is frustrating to not have results when they said but I don’t hold it against them and don’t see it reflective of their business. I just wish I had known to expect to wait so long to get results (and still don’t have them). Hope this helps!”
