“Louis is simply the best. Great selection, but more important me, great service and advice. Today was the second time in 6 months I came to see Louis and both times I walked away wishing other small businesses could mimic his philosophy. I was previously in for a new suit I needed for a last minute trip to NYC. He made it happen during one of his business weekends. Today he helped me pick out a new sport coat for another trip coming up. What I love about Louis is he gave me the same attention, service, and attitude when the store was packed 6 months ago as he did today when I was the only customer. Go see Louis. You won't regret it.”

This is a large store with a wide range of sizes in their various brands ranging from work wear to outdoor wear.One thing this store lacks that I have seen in some of the other locations is a discount/clearance room. Overall, this store was as expected and I have no complaints.”

“The staff at the varies various stores are always helpful and available to answer any questions. I stopped at the Schaumburg store to check on sale items. Found pair of pants that I wanted, but they did not have my size. Female staff person called the Downers Grove store for availability, and requested item be held for pickup. “I moved away from the city some years ago and like a true Chicagoan, I wanted to have some gear to Rep it. There was never any gear that I could find that I liked enough to buy. I tried buying gear from the Alley but the quality was just too cheap for me and most of the designs were a bit punk/goth. Then I found these guys. I absolutely love the play on words of Cook County as well as some of the city's iconic symbols. The quality of the clothes is top notch. I have a few hoodies and they are the most comfortable hoodies I own. I've ordered on-line and bought in person as well. Both a great experience. Show these local guys some love and rep your city well.”

“Excellent customer service and huge selection of big and tall! I've been here suits twice over the years. The last time was for a suit I needed for a funeral in 1 day. They measured me and called in a favor for the seamstress to come and finish my suit the same day! You get the old school family care from this place you can't find anywhere anymore. “I went into the Fox Valley Mall location today to buy my boys their first skateboards. Josh the store manager was a great help. I do not know much about skateboards, but Josh took time to show my boys the different types of boards that they offered and allowed them to try them out. He also fit my kids for protective gear. It was one of the best customer experiences I have had in a while and I would highly recommend going to Zumiez in the Fox Valley Mall for any skateboarding needs.”

“We always find good things at Hot Topic. This was quite a small location but everyone there was really nice and helpful. Clothes were tried on and many other items were shopped for. They had some really nice new Nightmare before Christmas merchandise that I wished I could get. Usually when we're shopping it's the kids who are buying things and they did find some items they wanted while we were there. I'm also a fan of all the Lilo & Stitch merchandise that I can run across. The store is definitely one of the highlights of the entire mall.”

“Was a great experience customer service woman was fantastic help me out with my expired Kohl's cash. Very friendly staff they should be paid more. I saw many staff members running around the store and dealing with multiple issues. Kohl's management does not put enough people on the floor it's amazing within the past few years how diminished the amount of employees are in the stores. Corporate CEO makes sick money and the people working the floor make next to nothing and then they pushed these credit cards on people way too much. I've even seen them push it on employees I hate to say it. But the experience you'll get shopping in this Kohl's is a good one all things desire clean bright wallet organized and friendly staff.”

“She isn't a skater, but she likes the skater vibe. I don't mind. Vans makes pretty quality stuff and the shoes hold up well, especially given their affordability. Sarah brought out 6 boxes of shoes and gave excellent advice for picking the right shoe for my kid's needs. She went with the $90 skateboarder style high top for the comfort and for durability.Service is great here. Products are great. The store is clean and organized. Located on the 2nd floor next to the Furry Babies store. (Don't buy pups from that place)”

I bought a long, down, duster coat a couple of weeks ago, and Jacks took the time to place the order over the phone for me, since my size was not in stock. She even made sure that I received the additional discount that I had earned as a rewards member. The coat arrived, and I wasn’t sure if I liked the fit, so I brought it into the store today. Jacks gave me her honest opinion, that it was too bulky on me, and then she suggested a different cost style and had me try it on. The coat she suggested fit beautifully, and I bought it on the spot. Be sure to ask Jacks for help because she knows the products inside and out, and truly has your best interest at heart!”
