“The staff at the varies various stores are always helpful and available to answer any questions. I stopped at the Schaumburg store to check on sale items. Found pair of pants that I wanted, but they did not have my size. Female staff person called the Downers Grove store for availability, and requested item be held for pickup. I arrived at the DG store, and pants were waiting. Met Frank and Matt. THX to all for ur assistance.”

“Took our uncle here to get a couple suits. I can't say the staff was that helpful, but the tailor was. He even told us the right size jacket and pants to look for. There was one person near the end of our shopping that was very helpful, a little late for us though, we had almost everything we needed. Overall the selection is great! We only shopped the men's department but they had so much to offer in many sizes and price points. Just if you need sizing help, go to the tailor first.”
“Great service and a fantastic custom suit. I was tired of picking off the rack at large department stores (mainly Nordstrom), and was able to order a suit that fits my already broad shoulders without the jacket making me look "like a brick". For a fully custom suit with quality fabric, shirt, socks, and cuff links I was out the door for a few hundred less than I would have spent on an off-the-rack suit with alterations at Nordstrom. Staff is much more friendly and not salesmen-esque like in a department store. I cannot recommend supporting this small business enough, they also sell more than just formal wear. Great job Lou and team!”
