“Excellent customer service and huge selection of big and tall! I've been here suits twice over the years. The last time was for a suit I needed for a funeral in 1 day. They measured me and called in a favor for the seamstress to come and finish my suit the same day! You get the old school family care from this place you can't find anywhere anymore. “I shopped at the Woodridge store on Sunday. The checkout line suddenly filled up. The manager quickly got associates to open registers so the wait to check out was quick. The associate, Sharon, could not have been any nicer. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and will definitely be back to spend my Kohl's cash.”

The store Needs in store wheel cars for the handicapped ♿️ and an express line for those who can't walk stand for too long. As in another store like Wal-Mart and Sam's would get customers to stay in the store and shop longer therefore making more sales.”

“I live in Virginia and have been looking for a suit for a wedding for the last 2 months. Unfortunately the service or lack there of around here has been lack luster. I decided to purchase one online from Sport Coat Blazer. I was hesitant buying online but I must say everything was so easy, the shipping was fast and even though I decided to exchange for a different size the customer service was great! All my questions were answered promptly and the exchange was so easy! Everything was done in a weeks time from the first suit up to receiving my exchange. I am very happy with the suit I purchased and 100% recommend this establishment for anyone looking.”
“This place is incredible with very knowledgeable staff. The only thing that bothered me about this particular location, is as an older newbie skater, is that as soon as I was almost ready to settle on a specific product, someone would come and take the salesperson away and tell me to speak to someone else and I would have to start all over again. This is incredibly poor customer service and says, "you are not important enough as a customer to us so we are going to interrupt". This happened five times in a period of 20 minutes and it is maddening. Not the way to find my path to spending lots of money. If anything it hurried me out of the store. So A+ for friendliness and knowledgeable staff but F for treating customers as an afterthought.”
“First time visiting the store from Canada and first time in a store like this too. I didn't really know what to expect as I'm fairly inexperienced with this stuff (and by myself) but the staff were friendly and patient with me. They helped explain various sizing questions, product differences, stuff about inventory, shipping, what's popular, and more - cool stuff.Got to try on a few things to figure out my sizing in a playfully designed fitting room. Left with a couple boxes and a cute jumper. I wish I could've gotten more stuff but sizing inventory was limited during my visit, unfortunately.Will definitely visit again next time! In the meanwhile, I'll be stuck ordering online. Hopefully more Canadian distribution in the future!”

“They have to get their act together. Workers have to bend down and pick up things on the floor and put them back in the right place. Workers need to make themselves known. Workers should wear a bright colored garment over their clothes so they will stand out so customers know who the workers are on the floor. My store looked for the most part to be clean and tidy but not 100% percent. Stores loose and close when people don't shop. So Kohl's keep your doors open.”

“Absolutely outstanding customer service, courtesy of Jacks. I bought a long, down, duster coat a couple of weeks ago, and Jacks took the time to place the order over the phone for me, since my size was not in stock. She even made sure that I received the additional discount that I had earned as a rewards member. The coat arrived, and I wasn’t sure if I liked the fit, so I brought it into the store today. Jacks gave me her honest opinion, that it was too bulky on me, and then she suggested a different cost style and had me try it on. The coat she suggested fit beautifully, and I bought it on the spot. Be sure to ask Jacks for help because she knows the products inside and out, and truly has your best interest at heart!”

“Clean and well organized Kohl's. I thought this Kohl's looked kind of small until I realized there is a whole second floor upstairs! We came here for the Sephora store and walked around after and was surprised to find how clean it was. Sometimes certain locations can be a little disorganized but this one was far from that. We found some decently priced clearance clothing and were checked out and out the door in just a couple of minutes, even during the busy Sunday afternoon when we visited.”

We ended up at the Wheaton store and were greeted by Steve who had the exact suit in the size we needed ready to go(which he actually matched the perfect size). He asked the occasion, was personable and made the experience so memorable. I cannot express how thankful I am for how kind and helpful he was. The suit we purchased was for a secret elopement and we are so thankful he was part of it. Thank you, Steve!!!!!”
